RENTAL APPLICATION For a rental property listed as "Available" you can download the WA4Rent Rental Application in Acrobat Reader format and print it out. We require a $45 processing fee plus $200 of the security deposit to hold the property for up to 14 days. The holding deposit is refundable if the application is not approved. Properties are shown by appointment and a WA4Rent showing agent can collect your application and fees during the showing.*** It is possible to apply for a property without actually seeing it, but we recommend you view the property first if possible. If you wish to apply for a property, please call us at 360-280-1787 to make arrangements. ***COVID-19 Update: Due to the pandemic we are minimizing in person showings.
